The room we stayed in was spacious, newly furnished, had a nice sitting area with a sofa bed, and a terrace with a balcony.

We booked the hotel without realising that there was a local fiesta, which may have driven prices up; we didn't really feel that it was worth the rate charged.

Thank you very much for a great stay, thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant was great with excellent service, I tried freshly cooked dishes. The location of the hotel was marvellous and brilliant - relatively close to Calle Uria Street.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short distance from the city center and the charming wine bars. It was great to be away from the typical tourist area and to have easy access to all the local attractions. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful, providing us with a warm welcome drink and assisting us with tours and tickets. The room amenities were outstanding, including everything from ironing facilities and a mini-bar to free Wi-Fi and soundproofed rooms. We felt truly pampered and enjoyed every minute of our stay here.

The hotel had plenty of hydroalcoholic gel dispensers and clean rooms. the family room was spacious, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices and friendly service. the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room cool.

Felt warm, no complaints.
